Hi: My name is Terry Jabusch and I am a transplanted flatlander who has never taken part in a long bike ride anywhere other than the prairies. My wife Judy and I moved to Pender Island in 2007 and then to Victoria in 2009. After years of being told I had a benign essential tremor, I was officially diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 2009. Judy and I both volunteer at the Royal BC Museum, and I am lucky enough to be able to take the photographs of all the volunteers at the museum. Not only do I get to meet many extremely interesting people, but I also get to practice what was my profession for my entire working life. As a retired photographer I am constantly amazed at the wonderful place we have landed. I am looking forward to this adventure and meeting all my fellow riders.
